Refund & Return Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for refunds on donations and shop orders.

1. Donations

As a registered non-profit organization, all donations made to Motivation Foundation are voluntary and generally non-refundable once processed. Under exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate payments or technical errors), refund requests submitted within 7 days of the transaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. E-commerce Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from our shop, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at Motivationfoundation7@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the product. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
